This strict thermal cleaning removes all biological matter, guaranteeing the bristles are completely sterile, hygienic, and odorless for safe use.

We prevent mould using a rigorous steam carbonization process. The raw bamboo is heat-treated up to 300°C in a specialized oven. This intense thermal treatment completely sterilizes the wood, eliminating all mold spores and bacteria.
