The promotion
Customers who complete the Toxin Dodger post-purchase survey go into a quarterly draw to win a $500 Toxin Dodger gift card.

Entry period
The draw runs in quarterly entry periods: 1 January to 31 March, 1 April to 30 June, 1 July to 30 September, and 1 October to 31 December (Australian Eastern Time).

How to enter
Complete the Toxin Dodger post-purchase survey during an entry period. One entry per completed survey. Entries are free and no additional purchase is required to enter beyond the order that triggered the survey.

Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over. Directors, employees and contractors of the Promoter, and their immediate families, are not eligible. Entries linked to cancelled or refunded orders are void.

Prize
One prize per entry period: a $500 Toxin Dodger gift card. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The gift card is valid for 12 months from issue and is subject to our standard gift card terms.

The draw
Each draw is conducted electronically by random selection within 7 days of the end of the entry period, at Surry Hills, 2010, NSW, Australia.

Winner notification
The winner is notified by email within 2 business days of the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days, the Promoter may redraw. The gift card is issued by email within 14 days of the winner being verified.

Privacy
Entry details are handled in line with our Privacy Policy. Survey responses are used to improve our products and are not published in a way that identifies you.

General
The Promoter may vary or end this promotion at any time, subject to any applicable law. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales
