Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

All orders placed before 2pm NSW will be processed and fulfilled on the same day. All orders placed after 2pm NSW time will be processed and fulfilled the following day (excluding weekends and public holidays)

Note: during busy shopping periods our order processing may be delayed by an extra day or two, however if this is the case we will let you know via email!

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed it will be shipped to the provided shipping address. Shipping typically takes 2 to 8 business days depending on your location within Australia.

Please note: incorrect address details entered at checkout incurs additional delays, so please enter your shipping address carefully to avoid delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and the total weight of the order. Any promotions or discounts on shipping will be applied at checkout.

Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This will allow you to track the progress of your shipment until it reaches your doorstep.

International Shipping

Toxin Dodger only currently ships within Australia. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellations and Modifications

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at support@toxindodger.com within 24 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if your order has already been processed and fulfilled, we will not be able to cancel it.

Order Modifications

If you need to make any changes to your order (such as updating the shipping address or adding/removing items), please contact our customer service team at support@toxindodger.com within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed, we may not be able to accommodate changes.
