What to know before you order
It takes a few brushes to get used to
"At first I thought bristles were too stiff. But after a couple of uses they are perfect."
Natural bristles feel different from nylon at first, so give it a week.
Boar is firm. Horse is softer.
"Quite a lot firmer than I'm used to but very quickly got used to it and now love it. For the sensitive though I'd start with the softer horse hair to begin with."
If you like a soft brush or have sensitive gums, start with horse.
A few bristles can come loose
"occasionally a bristle or two will fall out which I don't like the feeling of, but in the big scheme of things, it's not a drama"
A few loose hairs can happen, mostly in the first few uses. If it keeps happening, email us.

Which brush should I start with?
If you like a soft brush or have sensitive gums, start with horse. If you like a firm scrub, try boar. Not sure? The Starter Pack comes with one head of each.
Where do you ship from?
From our warehouse in Sydney. Order before 2pm (NSW time) on a business day and it usually ships the same day. AusPost then takes 2 to 8 business days. Shipping is free on orders over $80. We only ship within Australia.
What's your refund policy?
You've got 90 days from delivery. The first time you buy a product, you can open one pack and try it. If it's not for you, email hello@toxindodger.com and we'll refund it. You don't need to send the opened one back.
Anything else in your order needs to come back unopened to be refunded. We'll email you a free return label.
Faulty or damaged? We'll replace or refund it, opened or not. Read the full returns policy.
